Wednesday July 24th 2024 2:05pm: We are experiencing a service outage which is affecting our ability to view and transact on your accounts. Our team is currently working to restore normal service. You are still able to view your accounts using Harpenden Online and request payments this way, however we will not be able to action your transaction request until normal service has resumed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
