We would like to thank all our members who participated in the 2025 AGM.
You can read the Chair’s Statement and Chief Executive Review (in addition to other information on the performance of the Society during the last year) in our Society’s Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024.
In addition, you can read the questions raised by members and the responses provided by the Board.
We would like to thank our members for the overwhelming support you gave to the Board’s recommendations. This year 1175 members voted and as a direct result of your participation, the Society will be making a charitable donation of £2350 to our selected charity, Keech Hospice.
The results document was prepared by the Society Secretary following the Society’s AGM and records the results of the resolutions put to the members of the Society and voted on by a Poll.
