“We feel extremely privileged to have had this opportunity. This is the beginning of our
journey to invest more into our local communities.”
The Society have recently appointed a team of branch and head office personnel to help develop a
community engagement programme. Next steps will include measures to promote better
community environments, education and opportunities that younger generations require to more
easily succeed.
Carl continued; “To actually be here and witness the children enjoying their play area has really
brought the value of our contribution to life.”
Beech Hyde’s Acting Head, Kate Harvey added; “The efforts of the Society have certainly made a
difference for the children at Beech Hyde. They have helped to improve not only the space but
facilities and surroundings for our children. We now have a playground that promotes a more
inclusive and positive environment.”
Kate concluded; “Following the successful launch of our playground and canopy, we look forward to
revealing more good news about Beech Hyde, as the school takes its course towards an even more
