Our Mortgages – Standard Variable Rate increases from 13th September
We are changing our Standard Variable Rate from 7.79% to 8.04% from 13th September 2023 for new applications, and 1st October for existing customers.
We will be contacting all affected customers to advise of the change and what it means to them. Increases to our current variable rates across our product range will also take affect from 13th September.
